1. Services Provided
Install Savvy offers professional audio-visual installation services, including but not limited to TV mounting, wire concealment, LED installation, and smart device setup. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw services at our discretion and without prior notice if deemed necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due before or at the time of service, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- We accept all major forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and digital payments.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are only issued for services not rendered or equipment not used.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee.
- Install Savvy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure the installation area is clear and accessible before our arrival.
- Installers must be allowed to work in a safe and respectful environment.
- Install Savvy is not liable for existing electrical issues, wall damage from previous installations, or unstable mounting surfaces.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- While we take every precaution to deliver safe and accurate installations, Install Savvy is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from:
- Customer-supplied hardware
- Inaccurate or incomplete information provided
- Improper use or handling of equipment post-installation
- We are insured for general liability but encourage customers to report any concerns immediately at the time of service.
6. Intellectual Property
- All images, content, guides, and instructional materials shared by Install Savvy are protected by copyright.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reuse our materials without written consent.
7. Code of Conduct
Customers and users of our services agree to:
- Refrain from hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or unlawful activity.
- Avoid false reviews or slander against Install Savvy and its contractors.
- Understand that abusive behavior towards our staff or technicians will result in refusal of service.
8. Account Management (for Booking App Users)
- Install Savvy reserves the right to disable accounts that engage in fraudulent bookings, repeated cancellations, or policy violations.
- Promotions, referral bonuses, and loyalty discounts are subject to change at our discretion.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to services rendered must be brought to our attention within 48 hours. We strive to resolve all concerns fairly and promptly. If unresolved, legal disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a service with Install Savvy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
