Information you provide
You can optionally tell us how you heard about Install Savvy. This answer is stored with your inquiry and included in the notification to our team; selecting Email or Text does not grant permission for marketing or text messages.
Service forms collect your name, email, phone, ZIP code, selected service, property type, project details, source page and service-area context. Career-interest forms collect contact details, ZIP, work interests, experience and availability. We also record your contact permission, optional service-text permission, the disclosure version and submission time.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, medical information or payment card numbers. This website does not request them.
How information is used
We use service inquiries to respond about estimates, scope and scheduling. Career interests are used to consider relevant opportunities and contact you about your interest; they do not guarantee a vacancy or employment. Your required contact permission covers the purpose of your request, not promotional messages.
Optional permission for service texts is separate and starts unchecked. We do not collect marketing-text consent or enroll form users in promotional messaging.
Cookies, fonts and tracking
We have not installed Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking or Meta/Facebook Pixel. Our hosting and preview provider may use operational cookies and process technical information to deliver the site. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information such as your IP address. Third-party embeds have their own privacy practices, described below.
If website analytics are enabled, our hosting provider measures visits and optional conversion events measure inquiry starts, acknowledged successful submissions, telephone-link clicks, booking-link clicks and portfolio views. These events contain controlled labels and a yes/no portfolio-visit flag, not your name, email, telephone number, inquiry reference, project message or form contents. Clicking a booking link is not recorded as a completed booking.
A session-only browser flag helps associate portfolio visits with an inquiry or click in the same tab. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for optional custom events, and continue honoring previously saved choices to block these events. These choices do not control embedded third-party services or the hosting provider's operational logs or automatic pageviews; those are governed by the relevant provider's settings and privacy practices. No advertising pixel has been added.
Providers and external booking
The footer displays a BBB Business Review seal using an image and script from BBB. Loading the seal sends technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to BBB. Clicking it opens our BBB profile in a new tab. We do not send inquiry form contents to BBB.
The homepage embeds customer reviews through Elfsight. Loading the embed sends technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to Elfsight and services used by its widget. The widget may use cookies or browser storage according to its configuration and Elfsight's privacy practices (https://elfsight.com/privacy-policy/). We do not send inquiry form contents to Elfsight.
The interactive service-area map loads street-map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Your browser sends technical request information, including your IP address and the map tiles being viewed, to that provider. The map does not request your device location or send inquiry details to OpenStreetMap. Coverage boundaries are stored with this website.
Submitted forms are stored in a private database through our hosting provider. Limited technical information is processed for delivery, security and anti-spam checks; the form's rate limiter uses a temporary hashed network identifier. Records are not published in a public lead directory.
We use Resend to send service inquiries and career-interest notifications to our team's service@installsavvy.com mailbox. These emails contain your submitted contact details, message, service or work interest, location context and contact permissions. They are operational notifications, not marketing messages.
The official booking link opens Zenbooker, a separate service with its own privacy and payment terms. This website does not collect or store card numbers, send automated texts or transfer submissions to a CRM, marketing platform or payment processor.
Sharing, retention and security
We do not sell form submissions or share them for advertising. Information may be handled by providers supporting hosting, storage and email delivery, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect against abuse.
Records are retained while needed to respond to requests, evaluate career interests, maintain appropriate business records or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose; we do not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been established.
Use the HTTPS version of this website to submit information. No system can guarantee absolute security; do not send sensitive identity or financial information through these forms.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw permission for future contact, by calling (888) 934-2648. Provide your inquiry reference when available; we may need to verify the request before making changes. Legal recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.
An inquiry is not a subscription. If promotional messaging is introduced in the future, it will have separate consent and an unsubscribe method.
Children and policy changes
The forms are intended for adults requesting installation services or expressing work interest, not for children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so the record can be reviewed.
