On-site support — one technician
- On-site commercial support$175 per hour; $249 minimum per visit
On-site commercial troubleshooting and support covers one technician at $175 per billable on-site hour, with a $249 minimum per visit. The minimum is not an additional dispatch fee: one hour is $249 total and two hours is $350 total. After the minimum is exceeded, bill in 30-minute increments. Additional technicians, equipment, parts, lifts, specialty access and any travel surcharge require advance disclosure and approval. Fixed-price installations remain governed by their quoted prices.
Standalone installation and setup prices are labor only unless listed as equipment-inclusive packages. Add-ons are booked with an installation, not as standalone visits. Premium options are identified separately. For labor-only work, equipment, mounts, power kits, premium cable, electrical work, drywall repair, lifts, permits and unusual access are billed separately. Equipment-inclusive packages cover only the equipment and work specified in the quote. Residential service call minimum: $149. Commercial service call minimum: $249. Support uses the greater of the per-visit minimum or the hourly total, not both added together. Your written quote confirms scope, included items and final price.
