Which branches are eligible?
Navy, Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Space Force — active duty, Guard/Reserve, veterans, retirees and qualified military dependents — plus police, fire and EMS.
How do I use the discount when booking online?
Mention your eligibility when booking, or request a quote from this page so your eligibility is noted. This website does not verify credentials or apply an automatic discount. Do not assume the booking total includes the offer: request and approve an adjusted written quote before payment or work.
Do I have to upload my ID?
No. We never ask you to upload or store ID. Just have a valid military, veteran or first responder credential available to show on installation day.
Can you install on base or in base housing?
We serve homes near Naval Station Norfolk, NAS Oceana and Joint Base Langley–Eustis, but we cannot promise base access. Installations inside a gated installation depend on access approval we may not be able to obtain; off-base homes are always the simplest.
What does the 10% cover?
Eligible installation labor and service only. Equipment, mounts, materials, third-party electrical work and taxes are not discounted. Starting prices are not final — your written quote confirms scope, exclusions and cost before work begins.
What are the current TV mounting prices and minimums?
Standard residential TV mounting: up to 54 inches from $99; 55–74 inches from $149; 75 inches and up from $179. Eligible standard residential TV mounting up to 54 inches starts at $99 and is an explicit exception to the $149 residential service-call minimum. That minimum is not added to or substituted for this eligible $99 offer. Other residential visit types may be subject to the $149 minimum; the $89 soundbar price is an eligible installation add-on, not a standalone visit price. Commercial minimums are unchanged; commercial work is quoted separately.
