Before an appointment is confirmed
A website inquiry is not a confirmed booking and does not charge your card. If your plans change after submitting an inquiry, call (888) 934-2648 and provide your reference so we can update your request.
Confirmed bookings and rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule standard installation appointments without a service cancellation fee at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment, including missed appointments or unavailable site access, incur a $50 fee. Any remaining prepaid service amount will be refunded for cancellations or applied to the rescheduled appointment.

Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
Review the service details, pricing and terms in your quote or booking agreement before confirming your appointment or making payment.
Deposits, late cancellations and no-shows
Custom-project deposits, special-order equipment and completed preparation work are governed by the written quote. Any nonrefundable amounts must be disclosed and accepted before payment.
The $50 late-change fee applies to standard installation appointments as described above. Do not assume an inquiry alone creates a booking or charge.
Refund requests
If Install Savvy cancels and the customer declines rescheduling, prepaid amounts for services not performed will be refunded.
Completed services are addressed under the one-year workmanship guarantee. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
Nothing in these policies removes rights provided by applicable law.
